    Agressive snake

    I was bitten twice by a wc possible gravid garter, Does being gravid affect the personality of a snake?

    Gravid or not, until they trust you they will be defensive.
    I do think being gravid might make her more uncomfortable/wary than normal.

    Idk, sometimes pregnant garters can be a little cranky.

    I was cranky late in my 2 pregnancies. I wish I could have gotten away with biting, LOL ~

    Lol, yeah, I'm pretty cranky right now too! Eating helps with the urge to bite/yell/etc.

    The only time I heard a garter hiss was when my last Florida Blue girl was gravid, she was an absolute softie at all other times. They definately want to be left alone and I could see how they would be a lot more defensive.

    Sometimes I want to bite and I'm not even pregnant anymore! One of my WC females tags me everytime. She did it again last night when I cleaned their home.
