    Salmon/trout jello.....

I have a stream right near my house full of browns, rainbows and brookies, which can be easily caught, but the question is should i cut up the fish into chunks(boneless) or try this salmon jello? What I would like to know is what is so good about salmon jello compared to regular chopped up fish?

One of the main benefits as I understand it is that you can mix in vitamins and nutrients easily.
