    Red face Hello from Chicago

    Hey Everybody,

I'm going to be purchasing a Melanistic Garter Snake this May from Scott Fetzer most likely, unless I find one on here first. Anyway, I've come here to learn about how to take care of a snake before her arrival. I would also love to make friends with some snake lovers who live in Chicago.

    Hi Tiger Lily,

Welcome to the forum. This is a good place to start learning about garters. We've begun creating caresheets that will help you get started (http://www.thamnophis.com/caresheets...itle=Main_Page). Have a look around, and enjoy your stay.

    Thanks everybody!

    ABCAT1993,

I live in Lincoln Park. Nice to see another chicagoan on here. Maybe I'll see you at some reptile show!

Are you seriously only 14? From your posts you seem very mature for a 14 year old!

I can be, at times, depends who I'm with. And since I'm with nobody when I'm posting, I'm polite (try to be) mature (according to you).
