yes, we do have at least one member in Ohio, and he does have "some" garters
none of them are unwanted as far as I can tell, but if you're nice, he might be willing to part with one or tworhea

You need to use the classifieds tab at the top of the page
Keeping - 'Florida blue' sirtalis, concinnus, infernalis, parietalis, radix, marcianus and ocellatus.
