help!? They're so Beautiful yet so EVIL *with pics*

Ok so I found three snakes in my yard today. They are the strangest morph of garter I have EVER seen. Then again they are also much bigger then my garters. They puff, bite, hiss, and go flat everytime I look at them. I own garters and these crazy morphs inspired me to catch them and get some input on exactly what kind of garter this is. One is beautiful like hes a blue green color, the other is yellow. And the third is yellow and red but they are all much bigger then my garters, much more hostile, much longer, and theyre heads are a total different shape. They're toungues are red with black tips. Theise snakes are SO beautiful, I just cant stop staring at them wondering what they are. I have googled and googled but can find no garters with heads like these.
Ive posted some pictures of two of the three. What are they? Are they some rare morph?
Also we get gopher snakes out here. Which are verry angry snakes, if they are not garters could they be baby gopher snakes that look like garters? Or mabie water snakes? They are about 2.5 feet long!

    Welcome aboard.
One looks like an Oregon red-spotted garter (Thamnophis sirtalis concinnus). The other one, I'm not so sure. Puget Sound garter, probably (Thamnophis sirtalis pickeringii). Not necessarily morphs, just different subspecies.

Feel free to check out our photographic library:

Haven't seen any bluish concinnus, I think, but I have seen animals with red, yellow or green markings.

those both look like t.s. concinnus to me! the head is the dead giveaway... I think the colors are washed out in these photos and that's why it;'s confusing.

Nice find, I agree they are Oregon Red-spotted. Very unusual coloring.
