    Growing up so fast ...

Well ... here's a story ... Terri's female Florida blue shed last week and something strange has happened to the males for the past three days or so they've been flying about their tank like crazy and have today refused all offerings of sustenance ... anyone else think they're in mating mode??? ... damn waste of food but I think they're too obsessed with finding the source of the scent of a woman.

Lol ... it goes so quickly ... once they we're tiny and now all three are over 20" long

Yes, I've seen this with my males too. Except it happened when they were placed in the outdoor pen for the "trial" run. Now I can't put another female of any species in their without them attempting to copulate. XD

How long can I expect them to refuse food for?

My boys (several species) are moody eaters when a girl is ready for their attentions.

:O .... hope they don't do this until I find mates for them all ... lmao ... I guess I'll reduce the food offerings until they have a healthy appetite again

One of my snakes refused food for one entire shed cycle.
