    Mordecai and Miriam :-)

Here is a pic that shows the size difference between these two. Miriam is just so tiny, and is not an aggressive feeder. Think she's ok???

And here's a recent pic of Mordecai. He is SUCH a stud muffin. LOL

I have a similar size difference between my red-phase pickeringii. The female is tiny and an infrequent feeder, while the male is always willing to eat. I keep them together but keep a close eye on things at meal times. I'm hoping in time she will 'snap out of it' and start eating regularly.

Both look very nice and both look healthy, Lori. I wouldn't worry as this is not uncommon.

    Re: Mordecai and Miriam :-)

Thanks everyone. Sid, glad to hear it's not uncommon; that's basically what I was wondering. James, do they normally snap out of it or think she'll always be like this? She seems so frail to me, poor girl!!

I do feed Mordecai seperately, as he is just such an agressive feeder, and as he gets bigger I worry. OH-- that's the other question-- I do hope they can keep living together?? Even if he gets much bigger?? They have always been together... surely he knows she is not a meal??
