according to Klingenberg, flukes are treated with Droncit (praziquantel)
I've not yet found my reptile medicine book, so that's all for now
    good luck

Heres a link to a site that sells the book I think Rhea may be refering to. They just came out with a revised version. 12 bucks.

They also sell a few medications on that site. I have the original "Understanding Reptile Parasites" book, and it was good reading. Unfortunately, I am not sure where mine is right now either.

Klingenberg recommends 5mg of Praziquantel (Droncit) per Kg of snake. One treatment should do the trick.
