i have two unknown garter snakes and the other small one in the pic is a eastern garter,,,still dont know what kinda the big ones are,,they have red spots down there sides,,

ok well i guess im going to get into the playing field of breeding snakes,,i have to many might as well,,and everyone thinks my female garter is gravid so,,,,and i have like 12 snakes now,,,and i will be getting plenty more,,already have offers on the baby corns,,,so,,,heres some pics of my set up,,,i have a whole bedroom for my snakes,,,aint that awsome? heres pics of all my set ups,,, you have already seen my big tank,,heres the little ones and the feeder bowls,,,well i have some of the little ones in the top bowls right now cause there eating,,heres some pics

one thing is the one with the more red is a red-sided for sure

they both came from the same store in the same tank,,so im guessing they both are,,,u can see the females red spots only when she eats,,lol

o and u have ur ball python in such a high enclosure i heard that stresses out balls a lot, i would put it in something like 34"x17.5x5.5 sterilite tub and drill a couple holes in it for air (it makes them feel alot safer) and use a underpad heater if u get the tub

why would it stress them out? she seems pretty happy,,,when we first got her home she bite at me after she ate but never again,,,we hold her alot and she seems to be happy,,,plays in her cage alot,,also her house does have a hide away i just did not have it in there when i took the pics,,she likes to stay in it alot and i wanted pics of her

Cage size: Ball pythons require a secure, well-ventilated cage. A glass aquarium with a secure ventilated top (screen wire or perforated metal) makes a satisfactory cage. Plastic storage boxes, with numerous perforations for ventilation, can be satisfactorily used to maintain ball pythons. Hatchling ball pythons do best in an enclosure with about 40 square inches of floor space; often, if placed in too large an enclosure, a hatchling may be insecure and fail to feed. Sub-adult ball pythons do best given 120-200 square inches of floor space. Older adults require at least 400-600 square inches of floor space. Most adults could live out their lives quite happily in an enclosure the approximate size of a 20-gallon-long aquarium.

they need more much more floor space then hight

i understand that,,,when ever i get the chance ill get her a big like 55 gallon tank but for right now its all i could afford,,we kinda bought this snake on the spur of the moment cause i was getting snakes and my gf wanted her one
