    "Re-using" feeders, lol

I have a quick question-- Fluffy did not eat her 2 f/t rats last night. Can I stick them in the fridge for today and re-offer them tonite, or, will they be too decomposed??? Sorry if that's a dumb question!!

I've done that a couple times, but if you even think that they might not be safe anymore I would toss them.

As long as they were only thawed for four hours or so, they should be fine to offer again to the SAME snake... but you NEVER want to feed them to a different snake. That is how bad disease problems can spread!

Ok everyone, thanks. I definitely didn't want to offer them if they would harm her in any way. Wasn't sure about the bacteria factor. If they smell at all, I'll toss them to the chickens (who think mice, dead or alive, are the best snack ever!!).
