Albino Pastel....

This girl turns 1yr. old on April 12, but she is staying rather small. I want to begin giving her meals to get her up to size and pair her up. She is het for granite as well so I want to put her with my male granite pastel and produce granites and pastel hets. Maybe even produce albino pastels and het granites. Hopefully by the summer. Meantime, I have my trio of pastel het granites still working.image.jpg

. Thanks Steve. She was the only albino pastel checkered het granite that I've come across. Definitely the only one I ever produced. She almost didn't make it out of the membrane as a scrub bc she was in a paper towel cardboard hide. Luckily I was looking for scrubs that day and found her. Her mother was on top of her in the hide.

. Thanks, she eats very well and has been a small female from day 1. I really think she made it for a reason and I can't wait to get more size on her and prove her out.

Yeah, I agree and I'm sure going to work on that these next several months. Pretty sure Tommy has the same plans. Scott had discontinued the granite checkered project several years ago but more recently Bill Black out of Penna. was still working with them but now just does the Lake Chapala garter.

Brian B. advertised his granite checkereds on Facebook over 1 year ago but when you call to purchase he says they aren't available. That was my experience. No granites shown on his page right now.

He just posted a video of them and said he has a group of double hets and was showing off the albino and granite. His granite is huge and very clean looking
