Sweet. Is it wild caught? What are your quarantine procedures?

Yes it is wild caught. My plans for quarantine is to keep it in a separate aquarium for a couple weeks and get to the vet during that time for a check up.

P.S. I promised my roommate and his girlfriend that I wouldn't get anymore so this is the last one

I think a couple weeks is pretty lean on the quarantine. Couple months would be more like it.

Better to give a long quarantine and not need it then to need it and not be able to give it. It's just safer for all the snakes in your collection.
Glad to see you've got a Vet. visit planned.

Nice pix and gosh you are brave. I can say I have never taken mine outside and would be utterly terrified of putting them down in the grass. They would disappear in a heartbeat and I would spend the next 3 years searching the yard for them.

Re: Napolean has a new friend

So I have decided to name my new found snake Cleopatra. This was a suggestion from my cousin in Virginia and it sounded good.
