Could a single Black belly be kept in a 60cm (2 foot) viv?

    I was thinking of a viv around 60x45x45cm (24x18x18")

I haven't got one yet I just wondering if it could be done. I read that as adults they're usually 60-70cm long.

I kept mine in something similar to this as they aren't the biggest of garter species. As always the more space you can provide the better, but it would do for for most specimens of this species. I made sure that it had access to a generously sized water bowl where it spent considerable amounts of time.
