    New Enclosure

    Went and paid for this today, gonna be picking it up some time this week. It's a 6 foot split enclosure, so that leaves 3 feet on each side for my Thamnophis. males on one side, females on the other


    will get more pics when I go to pick it up

    a local pet store called animal jungle. Been going in there for years and am actually pretty good friends with the manager. if anyone knows about Joe Ellis, that's who I'm talking about. He produced the Josie line in ball pythons.

    picked it up today, gonna work on getting some more fake plants to put in there.

    Nice looking snakes they look happy, you probally know this but the bulb should not be in the cage with them for burning issues.

    I have been keeping snakes in enclosures like this for a while. Mostly retics and other larger snakes. I have heard of the occasional issue but never have I had a snake try to actually wrap the bulb and burn itself. There is always the risk but with the size of the cage I see the risk being extremely low.
