Depends on how well they eat.

    If I remember correctly, no.

3 how would i go about selling some of them
Get them eating consistently, post an ad somewhere, set the price high enough that people won't be tempted to buy them as feeders and don't sell to just anybody.

And since these are vagrans, I recommend solo housing.

    Well said Stefan!

And to my knowledge rosy red minnows contain thiaminase. I only use them if I can't get guppies and only to get problem feeders eating and then I switch them to silversides.

Not sure what to tell you. Don't know much about that species.
I'm sure some "keeper of the wanderings" will give you some advice.

Stories of their cannibalism seems to be few and far between, but I play it safe anyway.

Then again, my Sinaloan milk snakes are also said to be occasionally cannibalistic, but they're the same size and I keep them together without issue.

Full disclosure: I'm not as attached to the milk snakes because they hide all day and refuse to let me hold them

Not really, considering how few people keep vagrans and how many of them solo house them.
