    Hi from Mexico City

Hi to all from Mexico City !!

I had keeped a some number of WC garter snakes that i myself did collected from the surrounds of my location, i had keep them for a while, and then i had released them into their original areas from where they were originally taken.

Once i did collected an adult ribbon-snake (the lonely wild one i´ve seen and collected ever), and a few moments after i did released it again in the same area that it was taken from.

All that was a some years ago, but today i still interesting in to keep again for a while a some individuals of garter snakes, but particularly i hope to find again a second ribbon-snake but this time for keep it for a while before of release it. Thanks, regards, Roberto.

Welcome aboard. You are making a good decision to get back into garters and ribbons.
I have some Mexican garter snakes - Lake Cuitzeo Garters. They are great snakes, if you are close to Lake Cuitzeo you could do worse than going and looking for some of them.
