    Axanthic radix

Here's a few photos of my 07 female. Anyone else keep any axanthic plains? I'd love to see some pics if you have them. Steve

Yes, the axanthic has a black ground color, with greenish dorsal & side stripes, with a blue ventral area.

I love the blue belly on that one, although I'm not usually a great fan of unusual 'morphs'.

    Re: Axanthic radix

Thanks everyone. Jeanette, I did not produce her. She was purchased last year from Scott Felzer. I do plan to get a male plains (normal) to pair her with. The axanthic is co-dominate so I should get about half axanthics and half normals.
adamanteus, I'm not big on alot of the flashy morphs (albinos, etc.), but I do like the axanthics & anerythristics. I think some of the normal garters can't be beat when it comes to natural beauty.
Gijs & Sabine, I almost purchased an aneyrthristic, but ended up getting the axanthic. Love to see pics of your anerys. Don't they have a simular look to the axanthics, except the dorsal stripe is a slate grey?
    Steve
