    Feeding Garter Rosy Red Minnows!!!!

Hello!!!! So I just got a new garter, he is an albino checkered garter snake and Im pretty sure he was born in July. So when i was younger I had a normal checkered garter, I was super young so my mom took care of him but she would give him Rosy Red Minnows sadly. I just got my new garter last week and sadly have been an IDIOT and havent looked into their feeding too much, I just assumed Rosies were fine because that’s what I fed my snake as a child but now I have read mich more about it and am now aware of how horrible they are. I already fed him twice, he has consumed 7 in total 3 the first night then 4, 4 days later. Im just wondering if my baby is already at risk of b1 deficiency or is that only if i fed him like that for a long long time. Will just two feedings hurt him? Please let me know!!

I don't think you have much to worry about as long as the diet is changed now.

They are not just snakes. They're garter snakes.
