Hi Everybody!
my name is peter and "Shannon has opened my eyes to the amazing world of garters"!
After seeing some pictures and reading some information that Shannon posted on another site that I belong to, I have become quite intrigued with garter snakes. At this point I do not own any garters but I do have a very small but varied collection of snakes. When I was a kid I was very interested in herps but as life would have it my lifestyle was not conducive to keeping any. Now, at 50 yrs old my interest has been reignited and I am loving the hobby like never before. I am looking forward to reading the info you post and seeing your pictures. It looks like a great site!
