    Fifth litter today

I have a het for snow female red sided that I intentionally did not breed this year because her body never recovered from her 30 plus litter last year. The second third of her body stayed distended and I thought something was wrong with her. Over the last couple of months that area bulged out so I thought she was on her way out. She never lost her appetite though. Today I came home from work to an interesting but small litter of babies. 2 albinos 1 anery 3 poss hets and 1 still born snow. The interesting part is that 1 of the albinos and 2 of the poss hets show no sign of red at all. The albino is so yellow it looks like gold! 1 of the red less hets has an olive green head also. I can't wait to get a few meals in them to see if they stay this way.
    I will keep you posted.

Looking forward to seeing them. Sounds like mom saved some up from last mating and didn't need to mate again to make a litter.

Moms body still has a deformity from her last pregnancy but it looks much better now without the babies inside her.
    The babies are doing well
