Santa Cruz Garter - Sex please!

Hi all, this is my first post here and I wondered if you could all be of some assistance?

I recently purchased an unrelated pair of Santa Cruz Garters. The previous owner contacted me recently to say he may have got the sexes mixed up. I would rather not have them probed at this stage as they are quite young, but judging by the pics I've seen in the sexing thread i'm 99% certain I have a pair, I would just like confirmation from other people too.

So, first up here is the snake I suspect is female:

I'm no garter expert but I breed a ton of cornsnakes/ratsnakes/kingsnakes/etc and I'd say "Yes" to your ideas. The top one has a nice tapering tail past the vent= female. The lower pic has the thicker area (hemipenes) below the vent BEFORE tapering off= male.

I laughed at the title of this thread, but well, that's me. You're right. First is female, second is male.
