This is Reddy. She was born void of red. As you can see she is coloring up very nicely.
Her belly, tail and laterals are even being influenced by the red.
I'm hoping Spring of 2013 she'll be ready to bred.
I think Rudolf will be a good mate for her.

Love the red, it's much brighter than the red on our erythristic eastern, that's more red/orange...

Geez, the things I miss when I go a couple weeks without spending much time on here...

She's beautiful. Almost as bright as my flame baby! Hard to believe she was born with no red.. I guess naming her 'Reddy' was good luck then?

I think at some point I'm setting up a radix tank, full of different morphs (including normal). That's one of 'em!

Hey Steve how do you keep coming up with all these amazing radix colour variations?.... are you conducting forbidden experiments..... i am left with a mental picture of you in a dungeon like setting surrounded by huge amounts of electrical equipment... over your shoulder are two giant rods with massive bolts of electricity arcing between them.... large vats with noxious coloured vapors overflowing and running down the sides you are decked out in a white smock and beside you your evil lieutenant Igor lisping should we try for a purple one now massster :eek:
.... i thought the smock really suited you.... nice choice ;)
