I got some of that background paper that has pictures of rainforests and stuff on it for the enclosures...since tape is a bad idea...can anyone who uses these backgrounds tell me how they put it up? I don't want to glue it because then I can't clean the tank glass. I was thinking maybe I would just tape it to the outside of the tank.

I think on the outside is the normal way of applying it.

On the outside, yes. I've used just about everything from blu-tack to half a dozen different types of tape. Duct tape would be a favorite, if you don't mind the residue.

Keep the tape pieces very tiny, and of course, keep the snake from escaping and it should be a problem. dabs of some kind of clear glue is another option.

Thanks...yes..I taped it to the outside on one of the tanks already. After I put it on...I thought to myself, why did I think you would put it inside the tank? Another blonde moment for Marnie....
