OK, so predictably there were requests for photos of our new Western Blacknecks. These shots are all the same one, I think it's the male, the female has a brighter yellow stripe... But I could have got that wrong with them being new. This guy was CB July '11.
A nice head-on shot, the focus on the eye is so perfect that in the 3000x4000 pixel original I can zoom in and see the stained glass pattern of our front door reflected in his eye (yes, I was happy with the way this pic came out :) ) -

These blacknecks are another snake where the photos don't do them the justice they deserve, I should be able to get some better pics when I've got better light to play with.
