Old as in age maybe, and what comes with it... but you don't have to act old... You can still be fun loving and happy as a 5 year old if you let yourself. That's why my mom, despite being 57, having muscle and bone problems, short term memory loss among other things, still acts like a 20 year old.

I'm only 30 and fell like I'm 80 right now. The cold weather is killing my joints.
