I went to Jason's (Chondro788) house tonight, and got my very first garters! I got to see so many morphs in person! Gotta get a pastel checker and maybe a florida blue! It was a lot of fun to see his older snakes too, to see how big mine can get. He had a pair of radix, but I chickened out of the whole breeding thing, and went with a trio of boys, all 2011s.
I got the male radix:

An erythristic eastern with a very red tail!

And a coast garter, but none of his pictures came out!
The radix is the biggest and the bravest. He's been cruising back and forth along the back of the tank. The eastern is exploring a bit too, he's the littlest. The coast was curled up under a leaf, and was too close to the glass for my camera to focus. He was the calmest of the three when I was picking them out.
This last picture is the tail end of the radix, and the face of the eastern.

I would definitely recommend Jason for garters, especially if you live in Indiana!
