Just holding them can be good exercise.
The moving/crawling they do when being held is good.

I do that already. So thats cool. I read somewhere that bath tub with warm water is good but how deep should I put it? I would put rocks in so that they have somewhere to go if they get tired. I also know not to leave them alone.

Bath tub exercise should be monitored. I don't think rocks would be necessary.
As far as depth, I don't think you need more then a few inches.
Just my opinion.

Bathtub, warm water and supervision. My snakes love swimming.

Ok I will do that tomorrow. Now for the warmth. Should it be like bath water for a baby. Or cooler then that?

Luke warm/warm to the touch is good, in my experience.

Also make sure they have plenty to keep them busy in the cage and room to scoot about.

Thank you. I will put them in the tub tomorrow. it will be interested in seeing what they do. i will have to take pics if I can. Also they have plenty to do with a cpl of tubes to crawl around also a fake vine they love to crawl on.

I may try our Lightning in the bath. She likes the water bowl, so it should be interesting to see her somewhere she can do lengths.

I usually do up to the knuckle in depth and a casserole size tupperware container as a floaty thing for when they want to rest, I let all 7 swim at the same time for about 10 minutes

We had Lightning and (a freshly shed) Esk in the bath for 10 minutes this afternoon. They seemed to enjoy it, and when they wanted a rest they just stopped and floated. It's good to watch them swim. :)
