Here is my second sample for the theme.
Although my calendar tells it´s fall , the weather is very summerlike here too.
I had to drive around to find enough colored leaves for the set up,
but I´m quiet sure that there will be some avaliable for each of us untill the contest will be closed.
Maybe there are Nothern members who would send leaves to the South.

I just came back from herping, I stuck any colored leaves I found in my pocket.

This is now possible.

Got my entry!!! Rooster goes great with those fall leaves. Pretty happy with the results.

For those like me with very few leaves, what I did was every time I went herping (once or twice a day) I just stuck any good colored leaves in my pocket. *shrug* hey, it worked. Only got a few but enough to just drop in my yard.

On my way home from work yesterday I noticed all the leaves are turning color, red, orange, purple, still some green, yellow, brown.

Think I'll go out on my skates and do a little bit of collecting :D

Me too... I was wanting to enter it cause it really turned out good. But thats the least of my (our) needs lol.

This has been my best "photoshoot" few weeks ever for me. Some of my best out-of-cage photos EVER were taken since the computer was down...

I don't know if I can hook everything up and upload photos and everything it's more of a browser... I'll see though. Heck if I could just manage to email some to myself I could do it from my iPod.

I'll have to see... although we still might get the computer this month.... I think I'll be able to enter the photo before it ends, one way or another.

But that's suuuuure not the reason I want a computer.. I have almost 50 emails I can't do a thing with, I'm out of room on my camera (EEK!) my i just got a 500g hardrive and seriously need to dump stuff there. Not like those are life or death but still.

I realize now that I really can get along fine without a computer too... Thing is I was cottony down the days till yesterday, and then with the daggone bills, rent etc we just couldn't do. So it's either a crappy computer or wait awhile and get a good one. We'd be living off oatmeal for weeks if we got a "good" one now.:D

What about a friends house? You could put your photos on a flash drive, so you have more room on you camera card.

Yeah I always empty my camera every few days and put them on a zip drive, but I don't know of anyone local really.:D My mom probably does.. Hmm. Like i said I could just do a few at a friends and email them, enter them, and just wait. Won't take long or anything.

I will do something like that if we don't get a in intime to enter i guess. We may go ahead and get one tomorrow though it's not likely.

That's all right, Char didn't see it until I told her where to look. I think it's quite clear... what does it say about me when I'm seeing unicorns in photos of snakes. :eek:
