My Garter

Hey guys, new on this forum. Showing off my garter as my first post. Caught her on the 20th, and decided that I wanted to keep her. She just shed this morning, but I still haven't gotten her to eat anything in captivity. last time I measured her she was about 2 foot 3 inches.

Good looking snake. She seems pretty calm not to have been in captivity for very long, just crawling around on your hand like that. Since she just shed she should start eating for you soon.

Toads, Frogs, Mice. Might go pick up some earthworms later.

Virginia, maybe 4-5 miles off the coast. I'm pretty sure she is an eastern.
