I just got back friday night from North Myrtle beach. We had a great vacation but didn't get to do much herping. The only snake i found was a high yellow greenish rat snake (black rat x yellow rat integrade) i did snap some pics so i will post them soon. I was in search of some ery eastern garters but no luck this time. Has anyone on here done any herping in North Myrtle Beach before?

No, but we go every year, and when we go in Sep, i will be doing some herping.

Never really gone herping around Myrtle, but there are several pre-revolutionary war estates open to the public in that area. There are usually snakes all over the place since they're made of stacked stone and have lots of english ivy. More garters than the more swampy areas you might go to.
