I took my monthly trip to Petsmart today :D
I picked up:
Sally's Silver Sides (food)
Repti-Bark
Fake Plant
Drift-wood Piece
Long Leafy Vine
Basking Lamp
Heres Chars new tank!

After:

I hope he (and I) will be satisfied for a while now :)
Also, will the Silver Sides and Night Crawlers be enough for him, nutrition wise?

Nice setup. It should be fine.
Worms and silversides are kind of enough, but something else like pinkies would make it better. Silversides are pretty fatty. So they aren't really a main food source.

He sure is lazy, he just sleeps under his log all day and seemingly all night >.>

also, whenever I have music playing, I usually play loud techno or dragonforce, all of my snakes are moving around

What a nice looking setup for him.
I personally do not have the patience to work with vines, when I had my longtailed lizards I had someone else set them up for me, then when I knocked them down they were never the same again.
Hopefully he comes out and explores, but some snakes are really lazy.
I'm almost completly sure that he will come out to bask once in a while though.
Give him a a week or two, he'll settle in :)

Probably. If he takes the silversides, I would try scenting pinkies with it and/or chopping pinkies up and mixing it with the fish. Rodents would be better but I would feed them all 3 if they'll take it.

With loud, bassy music, I wouldn't play it for too long if it disturbs your snakes. The vibrations would probably rattle their little brains. My snakes are used to the occasional loud, bassy music, but I don't keep it on for more than 30 minutes, just because of the snakes.

Well I don't SEEM disturbed when my boyfriend is being obnoxious and annoying, but it is really giving me a migraine. I just don't show it.

I don't play it long anyway, I'm just saying, they react to it in a curious way...

Garter snakes can hear dangit. Especially low frequencies. It probably drives them batty. Might even cause them great discomfort and stress depending on how loud it is.

Ok... Sorry. I really never have it loud. Usually listen with headphones anyway. I was just concurring to Kantars observation.

And when you have an 11 inch subwoofer like I do, it rattles the windows, and if it shakes the windows, just what would it to to the snake's heads? Mine are lucky that loud noises annoy the heck out of me.

I don't do it like that! Just a $80 stereo with EX BASS turned on. But really it's all headphones with me. I have all my music on my iPod, don't even know where all the CDs are.

I have cerberalspinal fluid that leaks out of my ears, so headphones get uncomfortable because of it. Haha.

When I sprained my ankle, I smacked my head on the ground. It's been happening since then. I need surgery to fix it. Til then, I just carry a lot of q tips with me.

I personally do not have the patience to work with vines
I spent up to a half hour bending and working vines to get them just right
Gotta really work your arms and fingers with the designs

Vines a huge pain. I use them, but still...

Yep. Probably made it worse. I was angry, I had to be doped up on vicodin on my birthday.
