Ok so this is actually a male. This is my step-daughter's. I told her it was a boy and she said "Can we just make it a girl?" I said, you can name it what you want but it will always be a boy. Kids are so cute. :)

There is no bulge after her cloaca. on Snakey you can clearly see a bulge like () going down the end of the tail. He wont hold still, but I'd show you if I could.

Maria is growing so nicely. She too is about to shed. We have 3 with white tummies right now. She is getting much less jumpy while being held. She gets held every day (except the day after meal day). She likes to sit in a pocket or a sleeve. She is becoming a sweetie.

When I discovered Hermes liked to sit in my shirt pocket, it was the day before Christmas...we were getting ready to go to church for Christmas Eve Mass...I said to my mom, " I could probably just take him with me in my pocket to church. He really likes it in here...I don't think he'll come out...". Now that would have made Catholic Mass much more interesting if a snake decided to start slithering along one of the pews while we were listening to the sermon...

She looks plenty healthy enough. I don't think that breeding and bearing young would be any higher risk for her than any other healthy female. The scar appears to be an old superficial wound. Purely cosmetic.

The scar is more predominant in person. A chunk of tissue is missing from her. She seems healthy, poops and pees just fine, but I just don't know if something was damaged that would harm her if she were to become gravid. I just don't want to risk it. I love her too much.

My Trax has nearly as large a chunk missing and she delivered with no pproblemsroblems. (She was gravid when found.)
Watch how it fills in as she grows and remmember they are amazingly resiliant critters.

The gold in her eyes in the last pic is my favorite. She is a sweetie. We had to put her in with Blade for bit. She seemed to be a little depressed without her buddy. As soon as we put her in the snuggled up together.
