my anery is a pig... or at least a very enthusiastic eater.

He's now shedding for the firs time. Blue eyes etc.

I've alway heard that, when a snake is shedding, they don't eat much.

My flame eats nothing when shedding (he's shedding for the first time too), and my adult is very reluctant to eat any, if anything.

However, my anery, as he is blinded with blue, eats just as much. the only thing that changes with him, is instead of him being a tame snake, with no fear of me.. he's a jumpy snake, that's tame snake with no fear of me.

Is this fairly common? or is my snake just a pig? :D

It's different for each snake.
I have some that eat during shed and others that don't.
That can also change around from time to time.

Mine eats like normal during shed.. The only difference is that he prefers to stay under his hide more, which he normally never does. But from what I've read, he's almost unusually bold. :p
