I think it is. It looks very much like the snakes in Stonyloam's thread "Baiting Snakes"

http://www.thamnophis.com/forum/general-talk/578-baiting-snakes.html

Check out the thread, see what you think.

My first guess would also be a maritime garter snake.
Beautiful specimen.

Sure looks like "my guys". I am about 70 miles east of Niagra Falls. Maybe the maritime range is larger than the books say.

does anyone know of any maritime color morphs?

Yeh, looks like a pallidulus to me as well. As far as colour morphs, pallidulus has almost as many different colour "morphs" as sirtalis. Only big difference, is they tend to be well spotted and don't have hardly any dorsal stripes. There's already pics on here of people showing blue, red, green, brown and other colours. Whether you could call them actual morphs (that they'd breed true or not, I don't know).

Believe me; Will do.

Was watching also some Pictures of Wilderness Trips by all the members. And Realized there are also 3 other types of Garter Snakes in Quebec (Once again, not that far away from here either).

I'm all excited now :). Just gotta talk to some locals to maximize time by already knowing where to go, before getting in my car.

P.S. Saw a lot of people welcoming me to the website on 2 other posts. Thanks.

I hear there are some smoking Eastern Flames just running around wild up there. Can't go wrong there :D ...
