The amount of editing is excessive.

Note that I haven't removed it. I haven't decided whether it crosses the line, yet.

I can't say I've ever seen a caption entry with anything but a caption or bubble caption.
If a frame is allowed than it opens a door to all manor of additions.
I think the title of the contest speaks for itself.
Nice work but it may not fit into the caption contest.
Just my opinion.

I think what is posted clearly states the guidelines that need to be followed.



Captions are only eligible if they are 'clean' and feature pictures posted in this month's Photo Contest.

You may copy the picture to your computer and add a caption in a 'thought bubble', using Photoshop or some similar software, or just copy the photo into your post and add your caption in plain text below.

There is no limit to the number of times you may enter this contest.

Fine, if you guys want to get all up in arms about it, then remove it. I thought it was cute, so I did it. If you all think it's outside the rules for the contest then go ahead and remove it. Maybe just put it in the "shhhh" thread or something. Won't hurt my feelings any.

It's just kind of pointless to put a caption meant for a "motivational poster" and not have it look like one.:cool:
