In Dutch it's called koolvis filet

Koolvis is Pollachius virens or Pollock.

oooo, thanks.
i assume pollock is thiaminase free? i'm currently feeding mine exclusively on smelt, it would be nice to give some variety... can you suggest some other common thiaminase-free fish?

Pollock is free of Thiaminase.
Take a look on this site:

In the first part you will find fish that contain thiaminase. The second part, at the bottom of the page and further on page 65 are fish that do not contain Thiaminase.
