Nice. :) Would you say the colors in that picture correspond with the colors it has in real life?

hello Stefan ... Yes, I do think so though that pic does seem to have a 'glow' to it for some reason. Here's another ... This one seems sharper on my monitor ...

enjoy your day !!

Very nice looking concinnus....I love all the red on the head. I'm hoping my little Petra gets really nice like that when she puts on some size. I've heard they get more red as they mature. Let's hope!:D

Much thanks to all for your comments, I do appreciate the feedback from all you folk !!! She is from Casey Lasik stock but not directly from him. I saw a pic of the mother and she was even nicer. I did pay $$ some for her, probably 2x's the going asking price but she has just gotten better with age. I look for display animals and only keep a very small number so it's all relative. She is the nicest overall animal I have ... Not too accomodating though so for me, pics are opportunistic at best :o ...

have a great day,
marian

well i just ordered my pair so they should be arriving soon, i received pictures of them and they are not quite that nice but if i can get ahold of a nice looking animal like that in the future i certainly will to better my breeding stock

Here is a pic of a yearling male I got from Brian Eager as a baby, last year. This guy had a dark head when I got him. He switched to pink parts on my very first attempt. He has colored up very nicely as you can see and is a great, consistent feeder. Personally I would think Brian's Red Spot stock would most definitely be nice. :)

Again, this is my personal opinion :p . enjoy the day, marian

Your male from Brian Eagar looks a lot like my little Petra. She had a really dark head as well, but with more lighter colour on her labial scales and such. She's slowly turing more and more read on her head. Hmmm, wonder if they're related...LOL.
