What does that mean?

The number of snakes they have. Male, Female and undetermined. 1.0 is one male, 0.1 is one female and 1.1.1 would be one male, one female and 1 that they don't know what the gender is. I could have it backwards with which is male or female though... I've always had the understanding that the first number is always male. ;)

That means 4 males, 3 females and 20 sex unkown or unsexed. GenusThamophis species radix aka common name plains garter.
