unfortunatelly i cant, but it seems very simmilar to the guido´s thamnophis, only smaller, as if a mosquito has been bothered "him", and one thing that i read on the guido´s thread is that it can be a blood blister, it has sense because mi snake loves to scape and maybe it felt or something.

Most mosquito species are adapted to mamals and birds.
But there are still quit a lot of possible reasons for the lump.
It´s hard to give an educated guess from distance.

Many lump cases are the result of certain species of flukes (hookworms) which burrow into tissues and make themselves at home there. This is really a life-threatening problem when they decide to do that in the liver, lungs, or other organs.
