Opaque Eater

There is such a difference from snake to snake. I have many of my radixes that refuse to eat while in opaque (shedding) phase. Then I have others that just need the food delivered and they'll eat. This young lady is one of those.
When I started feeding everyone else she still wanted some even though she was having trouble seeing.
My normal Bull Snake refuses to eat when she's in opaque phase and is very grumpy.
Do many of you see the same kind of situations with your snakes?

checker only ate once like that and he hit my sock covered hand the first try(glad i was wearn a sock at the time!)

I honestly can't tell when Noodle is going to shed. He'll eat any chance he gets and I've never seen his eyes go opaque like that, maybe Dekayis don't go opaque?

They do, but not so noticeable.

My little chow hounds seldom turned down food.

All my concinnus babies, my red stripe T. ordinoides, her babies, and most of my adult concinnus will eat when their eyes and bellies are "blue". It's the clear day or two afterward that they usually refuse food.

Amy will eat while he is... well.. his eyes are lavender instead of pink but forget about it when he's 24-48 hours away from shedding.

I get even the most milky-eyed snakes to eat in my collection. They just don't want to eat after that starts clearing up.
