Was browsing books in my local thrift store and i came across a really amazing essay by T. H. White.
Its from his book 'England Have my Bones' and it talks about the grass snakes that shared his parlor! (T.H. White would have felt right at home at the Radix Ranch!)
I can't find a copy of the essay online. Do you think that it would be beyond 'fair use' for me to transcribe it and share it here? The Book it is from appears not to have been reprinted in quite some time.
Amazon.com: England Have My Bones (9780425086681): T. H. White: Books (http://www.amazon.com/England-Have-My-Bones-White/dp/0425086682/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1281111551&sr=8-1)
If the moderators think its acceptable, (And nobody with better google-fu than I finds it somewhere online) I'll try to see about copying it.
