I once in awhile one of my radixes will escape. This was the case with my shiny radix that I posted about http://www.thamnophis.com/forum/showthread.php?t=5793&highlight=Polished+radix
She came up missing. I've stopped worrying about any missing snakes as they usually come out to me while I'm working in the snake room. That was the case tonight. I was sitting on the floor talking with my group of males when I felt something at my feet. I looked down and saw it was my wayward radix. My guess is she got thirsty/hungry and was calling her little adventure over. She didn't bolt or try to get away. She had been hiding under my set of center enclosure but decided to surrender. Most of the time these lost ones will come out to me. I've also seen them along a wall or behind something, they make very little effort to get away. Sure makes finding lost snakes a lot easier when they give up.:D
