My daughter Erin found our Florida Blue, Jesse in a compromising position this morning:

My husband was able to get him to back out with a pencil top. He could have been there the last 2 days. Silly snake:D

They do like to explore.

The hole where his head is is about 1/2 the size of the one his rear end is at. There was no way he was coming out head first!

A bit of polyurethane foam should prevent that from happening again.

That is what my husband was thinking of doing later today. I didn't know the thing was hollow all the way through. Thanks for the suggestion, Stefan! Is the foam is non-toxic to them?

Is the foam is non-toxic to them?
Probably not. When people use it for rock backgrounds, they usually cover it with something that is.

Use a hot glue gun (low temp like used on fabrics) and inject the holes full of that.
It's non toxic, easy to trim and sets up really fast.
I had to do that to a few cage "decorations" it works really well.
