It's scary to think how snakes this big can be just roaming around neighborhoods in some cities. If you start seeing a bunch of "Have you seen my Dog or Cat" posters... makes you think twice...

If I start seeing a bunch of "Have you seen my Dog or Cat" posters, the first thing I would suspect, is a two-legged animal. And what I would find scary, is the thought that "Have you seen my Dog or Cat", might soon turn into "Have you seen my Child".

That's a logical answer, and unfortunately it's probably the more likely. It's a very scary fact that people are capable of truly horrid acts with that intent in mind. An animal on the other hand is only capable of feeling it's base emotions and instincts

I've seen enough of them in the wild. Without even playing the video, I'd say T. e. terrestris. Definitely. Sometimes they do look a bit like vagrans. Vaugely, that is. Sometimes the only trace of red is a few splashes on the underside, sometimes the whole snake is red / rust colored.

Exploitation does not always equal abuse or unethical practices. For example, if we didn't exploit animals, a large portion of the worlds human population would starve to death and it's not just because we eat them. There are still places in the world that do not rely on petroleum to make farming possible. Those areas still do it the old fashioned way. The way it was done before the industrial revolution. They exploit animals to do much of the work for them. Even having a snake breeding business for profit, is exploitation.

"The "Golden Eagle Snatches Kid" video, uploaded to YouTube on the evening of December 18, was made by Normand Archambault, Loïc Mireault and Félix Marquis-Poulin, students at Centre NAD, in the production simulation workshop class of the Bachelors degree in 3D Animation and Digital Design.
The video shows a royal eagle snatching a young kid while he plays under the watch of his dad. The eagle then drops the kid a few feet away. Both the eagle and the kid were created in 3D animation and integrated in to the film afterwards."

In NE California, I've personally witnessed osprey (a large eagle with a 5 - 6 foot wingspan ) take salmon out of the water that must have been around 25 pounds. They struggle, but do manage to get enough lift to carry it away eventually. Not bad for a bird that weighs 2 1/2 - 4 1/2 pounds.

Exactly. It is already known, and dangers are listed on the can as far as I know. This reaction is nothing new. We know it will do that if sprayed on the animals, or if you don't give it enough time to completely dry or air out of the enclosures. They either sprayed it on the animals, or didn't wait long enough to put them back in the enclosure. If someone got this reaction, they failed to follow the instructions, simple as that.

i dont know about awsome snake bites cant be fun, even with a small dose like he said it cant be good for you. i know about the immunity after awhile stuff but what if some told you about it and told you the wrong way to determine how much to use and they die. even with a small dose isnt it still painful and disorienting? that does not sound like a good 'high'. i would have to see a real medical study on effects of snake venom in small doses, im not going to take the advice from 'some guy' on youtube

ok a hot snake bite cant be fun. envenomed, that just sounds horrible to me im sure i could handle a garter bite. ive been tail whipped by iguana's and a savanna monitor, granted i was like 12 but it hurt, tis part of the reason i dont get another of either lol. im sure 2 huge fangs sunk bone deep shooting venom into you cant feel good either. oh and there is the necrotic tissue after words too i like to keep my skin where it is, thank you very much.

Cancer is just abnormal cells that reproduce and spread and that's what's going on here. They aren't normally painful though but having that many and if they continue to spread, it will kill the wabbit. :pIf I found that animal I would euthanize it, not make a joke out of it on youtube.

i know its not from you tube i could not find it there but its a really cool show on Discovery Channel and on the Science Channel, its a show called North America this is Season 1 Episode 3 "Learn Young or Die" but a little after 6:00 in it shows garter snakes from Manitoba, Canada (species?) emerging from dens and mating. They have some really nice close shots of them, i just thought it was cool i wish i could have found it on YouTube because this site has WAY to many ads and it takes FOREVER to load and no skipping ahead or it restarts.
Here is the link for a list of sites hosting the video Project Free TV :: North America :: Season 1 (http://www.free-tv-video-online.me/internet/north_america/season_1.html) Episode 3 "Learn Young or Die"

Ignorance, usually.
if its WC parasites if its bought it seems a lot of money
It's his/her money. Pretty safe bet the garter is WC. Honestly this doesn't bother me any more than it would if someone was feeding WC parasite infested carp to his garter.
When I first moved back to WA in 1987 I brought WC CA kings with me. They wouldn't touch rodents so I did exactly what he/she did in this video before I even knew about the parasite risk. Not that I didn't love garters mind you, but I loved my kings too and didn't want them to starve to death. In California it was no big deal. I could catch half a dozen alligator lizards and feed my kings with the tails alone and let the lizards go. Only plentiful reptile here is T. ordinoides so I did what I had to do.

I recently found a channel where this girl basically plays with foxes and sometimes a coyote (no anvils, safes, pianos, rockets, or dehydrated tornadoes were involved).
The channel is called "SaveAFox", and it's actually an animal rescue that takes in mostly foxes, though they do have a few minks, a coyote, some cats, at least one skunk, and a few reptiles.
The two main stars of the channel are Finnegan Fox and Dakota Coyote.
