Nice! :) I love the pattern on their faces: It's so tiny, but yet so detailed.

For a plain looking snake I think they are beautiful. I love the white lateral color they get when they eat a large food item.
My babies are always begging for food. They are so focased before they grab their food. Even a small piece of slug and they attack it like it might fight back. They are a real predator.:D

I have a Noodle too but he is a ribbon snake. He actually is starting to look more like a ziti!

Just a quick question! How often should I feed the little guy? I've been feeding him every 2 days but he waits by his dish every day and begs. I don't want to feed him more than he can process!

no idea about dekays in particular, but every other day seems like a lot for a snake

I put about half a dozen slugs in every three or four days. Then I wait to make sure they disappear.

update: Noodle is shedding right now! I thought something was up when he refused a delicious worm last night!
How often should I expect him to shed? My geckos do it once a month or so.

The more they eat, the more they grow, the more they shed. It's not really something you can schedule. I had a growing female shed every 3rd week. She did that for 4 months. Now she's shedding 3-4 times a year.

We now have another shed! He seems to be growing pretty fast!
