My radix population more than doubled today. Steve (quidofatherof5) was kind enough to send me 4 radixes overnight. I now have an additional 1.1 dark phase and 1.1 light phase radixes.

The dark phase female (the flash washed out her color a bit)

The dark phase male

The light phase female

And last, but not least the light phase male (he didn't want to hold still)

I am so happy with them. They all seem to have arrived in great shape. Thanks again, Steve!

My kids look good. The dark phase female is the daughter of Lucky and Scar. Good bloodline.
Thank you LeAnn for caring for my scrubs. If they give you any attitude let me know.:D

My radix population also doubled today. Unfortunately 2*0=0. ;)

Congratulations on the new acquisition, though. :)

Woohoo! They have all eaten twice since they arrived. No fussy eaters here! :D

That's great news. You shouldn't have any trouble from any of them. They are all good kids.
I miss them but know they are getting great care.

I'll work on it Steve. I've had a lot on my plate lately, but I'm hoping things will slow down now.

Mine doubled recently as well! Fortunately I already had one. Let me see if I can remember what I was taught in first grade.. let's see... double means twice as many. I already had one so 1 albino radix X 2 = 2 albino radixes. Hey, and I thought it only worked that way with apples:rolleyes:

But yeah, I checked the tank. Sure enough, there's two of them.

The thing is, I got these other fat "apples". Some day soon, 4 fat apples will equal a whole barrel of apples.

It's that "new math" you know:D

Well, I thought I should update this thread with new photos of the radix I got from Steve....

Here are the 2 males

Charis (light phase female)

Merian (dark phase female), she still has a greenish tint, but the flash washed it out.

I bred Charis to my anery radix male Asmodeus and got this bunch of babies

and bred Merian to another anery male Zassaliss and got these

Fine looking young radixes.
They are all looking very good. Glad to hear my boys and girls are producing.
They are getting so big. I still remember them as babies.
I miss them but am glad you have them.;)

I really like them, they are great snakes to work with. Actually the boys were not bred this year, I bred the girls to my anery males, so all the babies are 100% het for anery. I'll probably bred the males to one of the females next year.

Yeah, he planted one in my ear, and less than a year later, I have 4 of them. Little beasts will take over your collection if you don't watch yourself.
