Hey there,

if you are using true guppies, there is no reason to be worried about thiaminase seeing as they don't contain any and are a safe feeder source. If you were to use a thiaminase containing fish, like a goldfish (don't!), there is a lot of debate that any amount of supplement would help (it may even do harm). If you go to a local pet store, most of them sell reptile vitamin supplements that contain B1, along with a lot of other important nutrients. B1 is just one of a long list of things snakes need. Calcium is also good to add but generally comes separately from the vitamins. It's especially important when feeding strips of fish as opposed to the whole thing. what I did is I took containers of each and dumped them into a big canister, and mixed it all up so that I have one calcium/vitamin powder all in one. You don't need to use it every time though, seeing as it is possible to overuse vitamin supplements. I think vitamin A is one of them. Once every other week should be fine.
