Hello.
Not new to herps, not even new to garters, but I've not kept any for a long time.
'nough about me, here are my two mountain garters :)
Female:

They are wild caught from the same creek up here in Redding, a creek that has plenty of them.
Currently they are feeding on pacific treefrogs and some type of minnow, but I plan to switch them to f/t fuzzies when they are big enough.
I like to field herp, and always love encountering garters. They are such mesmerizing snakes.
Anyway, I look forward to keeping them and raising them, and hopefully will pick up some good pointers here :)
