I couldn't help but shed a tear. My girl is growing up. This is BigBig's(may she rest in peace) daughter Big Girl. She is larger than her mother and today got her first full grown mouse. From the looks of the mouse I think it must have been one of their breeders whos time was up. I think she was pregnant.
15 minutes of work paid off for Big Girl. After she was done she came over and laid beside me. My son came in and rubbed her distended belly. She's 2.5 years old and has been with us since birth. She's part of the family and we're looking forward to her growing old on the Ranch. I'm hoping next year she'll have her first babies.

She's 32 inches and 185 grams. I have 4 other females, sister to her that are about the same size.
She has really bonded to me and doesn't like too much contact from others. Everytime I walk by the enclosure she gives me those "Take me out" looks.

All of Bigbig's girls are large. All with great attitudes. Bigbig was and is still one of my favorites. She came to us under an odd situation. He's a link to her thread http://www.thamnophis.com/forum/general-talk/4781-good-bye-big-big.html (http://www.thamnophis.com/forum/general-talk/4781-good-bye-big-big.html)
I hope to place a couple of these girls in good homes someday.
