I've secured a breeding pair of 'Florida blue' easterns :D ... once again I shall be braving the M6 on a snake quest. They're from a German bloodline and produced 2 litters last year  .... Broom broom :D ... typically bad phone camera shots should be available to all next week :D

They're here :) ... I had a great time and got to play with a lot of snakes and see some interesting spiders. I held a 5foot+ milksnake!! ... several corns ... rosy boas ... and saw assorted tarantulas, huntsmen spiders, false widow and a fishing spider ... oh, bearded dragons, assorted parrots and dogs lol.
But I'll hang off with the photos of my new additions :D ... they travelled well and even ate two hours after arrival!! ... Two beautifully blue easterns ... The female shall now be known as Sky and the male will affectionately known as 'Spazz' (for the moment ... can't decide on a name yet) he is absolutely supercharged and typically 'Florida blue' in behaviour!!! The female is soft as butter and very handleable (surprised for sure!!!).
I'll give it a go with my phone camera in couple of days ;)

Bring on the summer baby rush!!! ... All being favourable Panama is steadily gaining girth (I'm not a hundred percent shure as I've never owned a gravid snake but it's a promising start) and Skye looks promising and has the appetite .... four pinkies and several chunks of Salmon :D ... - note to self - must get her some fuzzies this week.

I released them into 'general population' today. Sky and Clint seem quite happy together whereas poor Spazz smells a bit too girly and his having to put up with an overly excited J.
